Cons

Salary is not credited on time, and employees frequently need to follow up with HR or Finance without receiving proper responses. No proper product training or refresher training is provided; employees often have to manage training sessions and ticket work simultaneously. Operational structure is weak, and the leadership teams often appear inexperienced, leading to a trial-and-error approach in daily operations. PF submission is irregular, and employees need to consistently follow up for PF updates and ITR-related forms, which causes unnecessary stress. No work–life balance due to unrealistic performance expectations and heavy workload. Excessive daily workload, with pressure to close 15–20 cases per day, indicating severe staff shortage. Lack of mutual respect and coordination within teams. Poor staff engagement with no employee-focused activities or initiatives.
