The team I've been with was nice. All staffs are very dependable.

Salary of the old employees were not aligned to the newly hired which is definitely higher.

- Good working environment with friendly colleagues - Where to learn & study in first working months - Salary and bonus are paid fully & timely
Cons
- Every business management aspect is decided by One - Not a place to work with your energy and effort according to current proficiency, meaning not a place to show your talent and how lucky to have direct manager - If you accept no promotion / no motivation after many years for business contribution - If you accept no salary increasing for few years

This company is very generous in attracting & giving new employees high salary, compared to loyal, hard working, performing long tenure ones.
Cons
Loyalty is the first of its company values, but it lost its meaning in recent years. This used to be my second home, but now it's lacking the soul which once glued its people to the organization.
