This company is very generous in attracting & giving new employees high salary, compared to loyal, hard working, performing long tenure ones.
Cons
Loyalty is the first of its company values, but it lost its meaning in recent years. This used to be my second home, but now it's lacking the soul which once glued its people to the organization.
