Pros
IDM Agency works with status industrial clients, as well as small businesses, so the work there is quite interesting and the projects I've worked on were really diverse.
Cons
The company has not more than 10 members staff in average, so the amount of work is really challenging, which sometimes affects the quality in a bad way.
