      This is the BEST job for underachievers!

      Pros

      1) Awesome play plan!- You will make the same $ if you take 400 calls a month as a coworker that takes 1,000 calls a month! Awesome incentive! 2) Insurance! You can have insurance costs deducted from your pay that is only mildly more expensive than Obama care! Accepted at most tier 2 and 3 healthcare providers! 3) Bonuses! You'll be told that monthly bonuses are substantial, "you can pay your rent with your bonus check alone!". After a year and a half of nailing all my performance markers, I am still waiting for that first bonus! It will be awesome when I get one! 4) 401k! You'll love that they tell you that they offer a "company match 401k" but a year in and they have yet to have made an employer contributions, SWEET! 5) Clean facility! Enjoy walking into the front walkway decorated in cigarette butts. Inside, you'll enjoy the sticky floors for added traction. For those that like to save time, paper towels will rarely be stocked so you can just use your shirt! 6) Workout tips! For the first hour of your shift you can listen in on the management team as they corral and discuss their current diet and workout plans they are thinking about doing sometime!

      Cons

      1) If you need to speak to HR, you'll find that they appear to have a 6 hour work week because they are never in the office. 2) If you want to ask about a position posted on the job board, recruiting won't even know it is up there, who the hiring manager is, or if the position is filled.

      Run. It's not worth it

      Pros

      It pays ok. You get off work reasonably early

      Cons

      Most of management does not have a clue on employee management. They actively find ways to ensure that you do not get bonuses and they actively try to get rid of long term employees for lower paying new staff

      There are none , this company has drug dealers and user's , restrooms and thieves they hire felons of any nature.

      None there really is none this place is horrible
