After a year and a half of nailing all my performance markers, I am still waiting for that first bonus! It will be awesome when I get one! 4) 401k! You'll love that they tell you that they offer a "company match 401k" but a year in and they have yet to have made an employer contributions, SWEET! 5) Clean facility! Enjoy walking into the front walkway decorated in cigarette butts. Inside, you'll enjoy the sticky floors for added traction. For those that like to save time, paper towels will rarely be stocked so you can just use your shirt! 6) Workout tips! For the first hour of your shift you can listen in on the management team as they corral and discuss their current diet and workout plans they are thinking about doing sometime!
