Pros
- Dynamic team working on fascinating projects – the recently released trailer for Hytale clearly shows it. - C-levels are nice to work with, and very knowledgeable - Fully remote team, work from wherever you want
Cons
- The team is split in half, and if you're unlucky you'll work on the legacy project. - No on call shifts, if anything breaks you'll be woken up. - Some team members are clearly not team players and couldn't care less about you. That's one of the downsides of distributed teams, but there's room for improvement
