Since the day I joined the team, I have been blown away by the passion, dedication, and skill that everyone brings to their work. I have never before worked at a place where every single person is so committed to excellence and to making a meaningful impact in the world. One of the things that has really stood out to me about Hyperproof is the company culture. From the very first day, I felt like I was part of a community of people who truly care about one another and who are invested in each other's success and personal wellbeing. Everyone is always willing to lend a hand or offer advice, and there is a real sense of collaboration and mutual respect that permeates the entire organization and we are 100% remote! But what really sets Hyperproof apart is the company's commitment to flexibility, especially for working mothers. As a woman and a mom in tech, I have often found it challenging to balance my professional responsibilities with my family obligations. But at Hyperproof, I have never felt like I had to choose between my career and my family. The company has gone out of its way to accommodate my needs, whether that means allowing me to flex my schedule to be present for my sick kiddo or to adjust my schedule to be at the important events like after school sports for concerts and have the ability to be present not distracted by what I am missing at work. The result of this commitment to flexibility is a workforce that is both happy and productive. I have never been more motivated to give my all to a company than I am at Hyperproof. I wake up every day excited to come to work, knowing that I am part of a team that is doing important work and making a real difference for our customers. - Communication from the top to the bottom is tremendous. Rarely have I seen a company where everyone is on the same page. - Culture. I could go on about the amazing culture. Employees are valued in both words and deeds. They take work life balance seriously and value feedback on how to improve. This is a very rare trait in companies in my experience. - Leadership is aligned, thoughtful, and supportive. They understand the power of diversity and work to bring out the strengths of employees. They do not lord over the organization from their office. They are very involved and partner to bring solutions. Leadership is just tremendous, you would need to experience it to really understand.
