      Having the ability to improve the lives of those with ASD

      Cons

      Low pay compared to other comparable companies, disrespect towards BTs, unwilling to change anything in cases unless family pulls insurance, BCBAs are indifferent towards the work, management, office staff don't care about BTs concerns, scarce workable hours
