      Pros

      Friendly work atmosphere, free drinks and snacks. Virtualization domain is interesting.

      Clueless leadership regarding competition, product vision and marketing the products.

      Pros

      Great leadership including an awesome CEO; competitive salary and benefits (100% of my health/vision/dental is paid for); casual work environment and flexible hours; snacks and some on-site meals; exposure to top-tier investors and big-time partners; amazing revenue growth and projections; an innovative and critical industry to operate in (that's still being defined).

      Cons

      401K match seems slightly low and no paid maternity leave shocked me. There was little formal training and on-boarding, which surprised me for such a technical product. I also wish the office was within walking distance of the Mountain View CalTrain stop.

      Pros

      Definitely great vision. Focusing on solving enterprise's nightmare in virtualized environment.

      Cons

      Clock is ticking. This space is facing more and more competition every year. HyTrust did start earlier than most of the competitors but the pressure is also getting bigger and bigger for the company to deliver some noticeable results. The working environment is very intense but unfortunately it is not efficient or effective. The synergy has not yet been developed one year after the acquisition. Keep it up everyone. Vision could only carry us this far.
