      Company is remote, 3 weeks vacation to start.

      Cons

      Lots of recent lay-offs, no sense of culture, little emphasis on teamwork, disconnect from leadership to other employees, strange business decisions, lack of vision and growth for the company.

      Pros

      The company offers a unique solution in a competitive landscape. As an employee, you will get the chance to contribute in many areas of the business as it continues to grow in the SaaS space. The team is really nice and most team members have been working for over 5+ years in this company. I find one of the biggest pros of this company is the environment it provides you to REALLY make your stamp/print in its journey. Allowing you to start a project and run with it.

      Cons

      Fast growth requires a growing team. Sometimes we wear more hats than we'd like, but that is being addressed by the leadership team with an increase in talented people/hiring
