Pros
You get exposed to information about fascia and how to work with the body.
Cons
They won't pay you unless you hassle with them, and make it known they would rather not pay you at all (the pleasure of their company should suffice, in their own words). They will try to indoctrinate you. They will burn you out. Personal life boundaries are not respected. There's no actual job titles, because they expect 24/7 availability. If you disagree with their "spiritual beliefs" a "team meeting" will be called to shame you (it doesn't have to be related to work in any way.) Straight up cult.

The atmosphere. It was very inviting and always clean.

Sometimes they were late with making payments to the workers. It was kind of disorganized
