Disappointing Experience

Pros

Cannot think of any Pros.

Cons

- Average hike even if you perform well. - Lack of trust. - Extreme micro-management. - Many pointless processes. Leads to slow pace of development. - No public holidays. - Constant pressure to stay beyond 8 hours even if no work. Must still be on time the next day. - Expected to work / attend pointless meetings on weekends. - Entire day's salary is deducted if late by more than 15 minutes.

Pros

Not able to think of a single Pro

Cons

- The difficulty of the task is determined by NO OF LINES OF CODE - Low productivity (lots of time wasted in rework and reviews) - Micromanagement at its peak. - Delayed Salaries (If there is a weekend on 2nd and 3rd, salaries are transferred on 4th or 5th) - Whole day salary is deducted for being late. This rule is applied even if the employee stays in office till 12 of the previous night. - Charged for being late but no overtime provided - 0 public holidays. 0 sick leaves. Just 20 earned leaves which you can use after a year. - They force developers to do manual testing because they can't afford a testing team. - Management is overconfident on a very basic and buggy product. No desire to improve product quality.

Pros

1. Good for freshers as you have opportunity to learn, explore new coding languages and technologies. 2. No salary problems.

Cons

1. The biggest problem is management, the CEO is someone who does not have knowledge of what is going on in the company but thinks he knows everything and is misguided by others, due to his background or position he thinks he has right to talk in any which ways he wants and abuse them by using language and having temperament which you do not expect from someone who is supposed to be professional. 2. The CTO seems to consider his job as his college experiment, his decisions are based on whether he personally likes someone or not, work is assigned based on his personal likes or dislikes, also even if he knows something or someone he likes is wrong he will never speak up and will always support them. 3. If you point out anything wrong or raise any concerns it will never be taken positively and it will always backfire on you as well as it will be made sure that you are always shown in bad light even if you do everything right, work hard and show significant improvement. 4. People who are part of upper management like team lead etc are bootlickers and sycophants whose sole purpose is to please CEO and CTO and such kind of people are appreciated by them since it helps them to feed their ego. If you are such kind of person then you have a good future in this company. Many old and senior guys apart from few have left the company and all of them have similar kind of complaints. 5. The main product is claimed to based on AI but there is no focus on improving minimal amount of AI currently used in the product.
