      Pros

      Nothing comes to mind. All in all was one of the worst employment experiences of my life.

      Cons

      No leadership/direction. Encouraged to violate insurance ethical obligations and best practices to increase revenue so the company would look more attractive to investors for a B round. Compensation is well below industry standard and commission structure is non-transparent. Hostile and toxic work culture, felt like a surveillance state.

      Cool coworkers My direct manager was cool

      Upper management is slimy and gross. Its apparently approved to attempt sexual relations with a direct report. No career growth or opportunity to grow No realistic expectations Weird and ever changing processed Micromanaged to the core. No autonomy to control your day

      There were some kind people who worked there.

      Cons

      Mostly mirroring the feelings of other posts (except for those 5 star reviews I find puzzling), it was hard to tell what was going on most of the time. I've never seen leadership as opaque in other companies. I felt like there were always things being hidden from the team. Why aren't they replying to the posts here to dispute what is being said?
