      Pros

      both the CEO and the manager are very cooperative and professional, co-workers are super kind, got the chance to have an international exposure, fully remote, and the KPIs are still achievable.

      no entity yet in Indonesia, so we have to declare tax and insurance by ourselves.

      one of the easiest people to work with. They are open to new ideas and even encourage it. they also. They are also very flexible, willing to change, and quick to respond
