Good health insurance, excellent preparation in Vienna, psychological support service available during and post deployment
Cons
Experience totally dependent on the professionality of the country office - generally 1 person. The country directors' salaries are on the (quite) lower side, hence not be best experts of the development cooperation field work for this organization. When the country office is away from the place of project assessment, the development worker's experience drastically improves.
