      Pros

      Some colleagues were supportive and tried to maintain a positive environment. Workload was manageable on most days, and a few team members genuinely cared about helping each other succeed.

      Cons

      Lack of clear communication from management made daily tasks confusing and stressful. Promised support and training were never delivered. Feedback was often ignored, and decisions felt unorganized and inconsistent. There was no real opportunity for growth or career development. HR response times were extremely slow, especially for important matters. Overall, the work environment felt unstable and unprofessional.
