Talented people and good opportunities for lateral transfers.

Cons

Lower than industry standard salaries and "flat" compensation schedule: one of those places you leave for a few years in order to jump back at the salary you really want.

Thanks so much for the feedback, we always appreciate it. I agree we do have talented people, and we're always on the hunt for more. As for lower than industry standard salaries and "flat" compensation schedules, I respectfully disagree. Do we pay as much as Google or some of the bigger tech names? No. Do we pay as well as 50-100 person tech companies? I'd say yes. As for the flat/lateral comment, we reward people when they prove great value. Over the last few years we promoted and rewarded many high performers with increased title, responsibility and compensation. Appreciate the feedback, hope you landed in a fantastic place. Challenging and fun environment. Monthly hackathons. Smart usage of newer technologies.

Cons

Low pay compared to other tech companies in Chicago. The company still hasn't figured out how to be profitable in the real estate industry.
