Fantastic company to work for, they like to promote with in so there is room for advancement. They pay is great they have advanced training to help you succeed.
Cons
Working 6 days per week is only con for management, but with that there are still ways to have a work life balance and help from colleagues with covering calls. The pros definitely out weigh the cons
