Salary is competitive with good medical/dental benefits and bonuses. Friendly co-workers and bosses.
Cons
Job security is no longer guaranteed. They laid off many employees and I was one of them.

Prior to the buyout, there were opportunities to learn many areas of the credit union services the company provided.
Cons
Poor leadership, toxic culture and lack of innovation plagued the company before the recent buyout.
