Home Junction Inc is the favorite company I've worked for so far in my career. First and foremost, the company has an amazing culture. People are really good to one another here, like a family. While people are smart and driven, they also care about making sure that everyone works together well. Being that the company is smaller there is plenty of opportunity to take on and learn new skills as well as getting to know the people you work with. Im looking forward to growing with the company and developing my skillset in IT/Data
Cons
Sometimes there can be a wide range of tasks needed to be completed due to a smaller work force. But honestly I welcome the challenge and they are understanding when it comes to setting reasonable goals.
