Lots of freedom - lack of care

Pros

Its one of the few companies that does nearshoring and this brings certain benefits when it comes to working directly with the clients, however it also leaves some areas wanting - namely benefits which you'd come to expect in other companies that hire fulltime are not present.

Cons

Being treated as an 'agency' without actually having an agency status - good projects, but the company does not "protect" you in any sense - bigger shark wins situation.

- They are requiring people to visit offices each time when clients are there but don't want to refund expenses - During interviews they said that role is remote with 2-3 yearly visits to the company, turns out visits are every second month and role is hybrid - Heavy on meetings - Average employees, no place to grow - Typical outsourcing company - Very unsupportive and slow administration - Very slow paced projects
