      Overall, a decent work experience.

      Pros

      Parking spaces are provided. Clean and friendly work place. Owner is family oriented and reasonably generous when a family issue arises. Tries to maintain an open door policy.

      Cons

      Owner knows about, and allows bullying behavior by one of the managers. Company is not progressive in terms of benefits. If involved in sales, it's a mans world.

      Pros

      Laid back environment, mostly friendly staff and hilarious individuals in the warehouse make the day to day enjoyable, good bonus at Xmas. Lot's of "lifers" there who have been with the company for a really long time.

      Cons

      There's a bully in Management and she's been doing this for years and she just gets her hand slapped and retreats for a period of time just to come back and repeat offend over and over.
