Typical behavioral questions, concerned with education. Management spends very little time in reviewing resumes etc. They wing the process and even through Senior "Accounting" management in to ask questions. Very loose and unprofessional process.

Most questions are around the specific sales function, if your applying for an outside role questions will be around your ability to "hunt" or "close" or "prospect".

Interview
Small private distribution company of wireless accessories in business 25+ years. New location, nice facility quiet office only saw 7 or 8 people working, no lobby or reception so must not be many visitors. Standard interview process more of a conversation than an interview.

No difficult or unexpected questions. Extremely casual and not overly structured interviews. A previous senior person left and responsibilities were divided up making this new role. They were not able to give specifics on how best to measure success and results in the role or in the company.
