      Pathetic, highly unprofessional & unbecoming of a subsidiary of Japanese MNC

      Globally a good MNC to work with. Great systems, processes, values & culture at corporate level with well laid out policies and transparent operations

      Cons

      Local Leadership especially MD Sanjay Seth runs the organisation as his personal fiefdom with all decisions driven by his self interest & selfish motives jeopardising organisational interests

      Good Old Boy atmosphere. Not employee oriented. Play favorites. Ask for opinions but NO changes. Senior managers need to be watched for honesty.
