Pros
Heavy work in Customer Support dept. You'll get a lot of chances to learn more work.
Cons
Worst manager. 1 Employee and 5 Managers Middle level management play cheap tricks and harass the bottom level Engineers. Only 1 Engineer handles 5 states. You need to work on saturdays and sundays. There will not be holidays for ppl in CSD. You need to work continuously for 2 or 3 months without sundays. And you get one day holiday and again you need to start working for another 2 months. Leaves are not given even if there are health issues.
