There are so much to learn and grow your career.

Cons

Worst management I ever worked on. Hard working and high expectation No proper evaluation (Based on manager's opinion) A lot of politics Policy subject to change at last minute upon the management. The promotion means nothing but more responsibilities and stress (No salary increase or anything). But the promotion also depending on the manager's opinion.

too much stress,no work life balance, low salary, no clean workplace, shouts all day, no professionalism, no policies , no hr dept, no salary hike, no hierarchy, no fixed job roles, they don't even give glass to drink water
