There is a noticeable lack of a standard benefits and a shortage of the resources necessary to perform roles effectively. The management style is restrictive rather than empowering, leaving little room for professional development. While the staff works incredibly hard to support one another and improve the atmosphere, there is a disconnect between leadership and the well-being of the team.
