Pros
I owe my career to this company. It hired me as a fresher, and provided all necessary tools to succeed. As per my background, I can not imagine getting so much exposure and salary elsewhere. I am confident to remain part of this company for a long time to fulfill my professional goals.
Cons
Company is too soft that has resulted in some freeloaders cheating it. Some of the disgraced past employee/interns who went downhill in their career are now venting out their frustration here with lies. They should be ready for more pain due to company's success :)
