      Good experience to put on a resume if you’re starting off

      Cons

      No one knows what they’re doing here. The Accounting manager is a tyrant, she bosses everyone around and is in the president’s ear constantly. The team is constantly having turnover in staff in every department and no one stays- My suggestion would be you should do the same.

      Pros

      Offers a lot of vacation and PTO. PTO was changing around the time I left.

      Cons

      You are constantly ridiculed by management during weekly meetings. You are in a meeting of 15+ people and asked “are you willing to put your salary on that?” You are expected to live and breath work. It was frowned upon that I did not like staying late.

      Beautiful Campus, nice workspace, decent health insurance

      Cons

      Extreme favoritism by management causing animosity in company, expectations of everyone to work around the clock without fair compensation, low salary, constant putting down of employees by management, harassment. There is no such thing as work life balance, extremely racist, favors Japanese or Asians only, compensation changes everyday after a deal is in place.
