Pros

-a good stepping stone for fresh grads, you learn a lot and you get different opportunities/experiences handling big brands and names

Cons

-poor compensation for a highly demanding job -you have to juggle multiple responsibilities meant for 2-3 people -no work-life balance, I feel like I get judged if I go home early -Upper management has a knack for micromanaging

Great Coworkers, Toxic Environment

Pros

Cowrokers were cool and you got a lot of opportunities to explore different ideas. Creative freedom

Cons

Everything had to fall under the umbrella of "cool" or "hip" wtf does that even mean Upper management is sus. Also, sales head was garbage. Don't go to us the day before an event to tell us we're a partner or actually vet the brands we do sponsored content with.
