      Pros

      Working at Highlight is a great pleasure and privilege. This company offers such a positive work environment. Management really appreciates the employees’ hard work and also cares about the employees‘ growth. (irrespective of gender)! The Company offers great benefits and it does not only understand but also greatly supports the idea of work-family balance.

      Cons

      Honestly I have nothing seriously wrong to write about this company. The only thing I can think of which might be improved is the communication between the various departments. There are structures already in place to help this but given the large number of employees and departments, communication is the key to the company’s success.

      Family atmosphere in the office, approachable management, free breakfast on Friday's, monthly events,... the list is endless...

      Cons

      Really I feel like I belong here so cant fault anything.... unfortunately seems like someone got terminated and wants her revenge....
