      1. You may find unique things to work upon and enhance your skill set. 2. Work-Life balance is there undoubtedly 3. Understanding managers are there who trust and support you.

      Cons

      1. In spite of taking reviews and hearing employees mind, they simply fail to implement review findings. Top management acts by their own will always. 2. This company is being run by a single person and not by a team. 3. Company's mission keep changing but vision is constant, hence you will always find new and challenging tasks that would be discarded soon once they find a new mission. 4. Variables are on a toss, forget that part of your salary for always. 5. Lethargic pace of development, people are not proactive towards their goals. 6. Recreational zone is a myth.

      They are extremely driven by CEO politics, so lots of opportunities to play shady games.

      Cons

      The CEO is incapable of planning, prioritizing, managing or focussing on anything. Incapable of saying no to any idea, no matter how awful.

      Fake promises, Fake Salary CTC, Fake people, Fake reviews on glassdoor

      1. It used to be a good place to work, late salary was hidden under nice teamwork

      1. No vision of this company, only vision currently is to make something work and somehow try to sell it. If customer don't want to buy then stop project and fire employees. 2. No culture, absolutely no culture at all. Very frustrating negative vibes all around 3. Just check how many employees left this company or were fired in last 12 months and more importantly WHY. 4. CTC is a funny joke. Check with any current employee. They are sqeezing every drop of money from employees in the name of COVID. Simply remove variable pay from your salary. Ex-employees are still waiting to get their FnF amount since at least 1 year. 5. All promises made during hiring were fake. 6. They are so fake that they force current employees to rate 5 on glassdoor and include "Salary on time" as a pro.
