      1. micromanagement 2. no work life balance 3. no work from home even if u have emergencies 4. no celebration on festival 5. no team outings 6. no perks - toxic work culture 7. work pressure and politics during appraisal 8. no flexible working hours 9. You have to work on weekends as well without compoffs 10. No HR Policies followed 11. In the name of variable pay they give you nothing 12. HR are unprofessional
