Pros

Don't want to leave the Pros section empty just because there is nothing good to say about the company. They are funny - they keep calling themselves 'Math Google'. If you have an MBA (especially from IIM-B), that ll be your entry ticket.

Cons

Now this is the most relevant section. Unmatched compensation - no other company will be able to match the pay offered here. It is SO LOW that it will take years or maybe, decades for any employee to match the market standards. Long-term goals - mehhhh! Are there? Short-term goals - certainly there is and that is to bring the cost down. Reducing the costs - how to bring the costs down? Well, they have "one answer to reduce it all" - (*Avengers.......... Assemble*) LAYOFF!!! And as news has it, they have decided to end 2021 and begin 2022 with fresh layoffs! Exploitation of talents - most talents have either left or leaving soon. This is the best place to receive motivational pep talks (no no. Don't expect hikes, even reasonable ones. Only pep talks) and get your talents exploited day and night, for free. There were a few unnecessary high paid people (Like I said earlier - MBA and/or fancy talks to sustain their positions).

Not a good place to work or grow as a professional

Pros

I can't say much here. But it can be a good place to get your career started. And work life balance is not bad either.

Cons

If you want to grow as a professional based on your talent, this is NOT the right place for you. There is a lot of discrimination by the managers and the CEO. If you can smooth talk and butter up the CEO, you might have a chance in succeeding here. Say exactly what she wants to hear and do exactly what she asks you to do. The managers are the worst. They do not have the skills to manage a team or get this done. The company doesn't care about their employees. You can lose your job any time. People live in fear that the company is going to shut down any day.
