This company is stereotypical "Corporate America" where they push you to do more and more yet they offer little to no return for your hard work. Work / Life balance is terrible The people who do well here are those who put in 80+ hours a week. Pay isn't enough for what they require you to sacrifice. If something goes wrong, management always goes head hunting, looking for someone to peg the blame on.

Poor morale and lots of gossips. Employees are treated just like a number by HR and management. Poor management and favoritism are well and alive at this company. Employees are treated too unfairly for petty things. There is no common sense. If anyone has a vendetta against you, you may as well look for another job. There is no open door. Whatever someone says against you is what matters. There is no sense of investigating and finding out the truth. In fact, going to HR as last resort can be used against you. If you have an issues, there is really to talk to.
