      Pros

      Hexcel is a company with great growth prospects, reasonable compensation and excellent people at the non management level. Work life balance is second to none.

      Cons

      The pervasive culture is one of CYA and a dismissal of new ideas and continuous improvement. There is a definite "ol boys" network that can make day to day life miserable.

      Good pay. Overtime available if wanted. Double time Sundays. Not a physical job. Up to 8% / year contribution to your 401K

      Short staffed in certain departments. Run out of basic supplies to often.
