Pros

good pay, great coworkers, there for you anytime

Cons

no company vehicle, no gas card, mileage reimbursement is on the low side. management is awful, somehow can't manage to schedule tickets correctly with dispatch team

Pros

Good local staff to work with. Local support is excellent from fellow support staff and Team Leads. All pros related to team environment and not Hemmersbach UK.

Cons

Have to give at least 1 star, if i could, i wouldnt give a star. The company wants to take from its staff without giving anything back. Bare legal minimum pension, holidays and support from head office. Below market value for salary. No way to progress or be promoted into something else. NO PAY RISE SINCE I HAVE BEEN HERE, they take, take, take from you.

Pros

Many committed colleagues but getting fewer

Cons

The same concerns have been coming up across different teams about how performance reviews are handled. Many employees feel that their assessment ratings do not reflect the actual work they put in during the year. People who worked very hard are rated as average, which is confusing and discouraging. Managers leave the company too and they talk openly about their experience. We have 3 examples of middle managers telling us that we should have been rated better (top mark is 3) and they received directive not to evaluate anyone higher than 2.4 so that the company can avoid giving raises. This puts managers in a difficult position as they come off as ungrateful to their team, thus loosing their respect. This does is not a one off situation. Similar feedback has been shared across teams, and there is a general feeling that ratings are influenced by internal limits rather than real performance.

Pros

Depends on the team you work on some are actually good and we will receive good perks

Cons

There are some shifty managers and their way of promotion is cherry picking. If you wanted growth this is not the company for you.

Good company but worst managers

Pros

Good payment and life balance. Some managers are great and have good understanding on your situation but not all managers are great. Good health insurance provided and sometimes have yearly increment. I was completely happy working here untill all dramas started and changed everything.

Cons

Empty promises by some manager, lies, even blackmailing your yearly performance. Meanwhile, this company still keeping this kind of manager and leader to be part of their management team. Micromanage is not a good practice. You will losing life balance amongst your workers.

Shocking pay. Bonus system is flawed - always set to fail Pay rise is usually 1 to 3%, this year NOTHING. ZERO opportunity to advance.

Positive and friendly global work culture Good work-life balance

Cons

Compensation is largely limited to salary, with minimal additional perks or benefits. No remote/hybrid flexibility, food, or cab facilities. Growth opportunities appear limited, and decision-making is heavily management-centric. Even while collaborating with global teams, work styles and decisions are primarily dictated by the India team, reducing autonomy.
