Leadership is incompetent, promotes based on favoritism, and very unorganized. Merit increases are a joke. My increase was 60 cent per hour.

Evil, unethical company taking advantage of the elderly, disabled, and the care workers. Caregivers are recruited from the poorest people in the country and given terrible wages and no training.
