      Old boys club where the casting of blame was a sport.

      Pros

      A bi weekly paycheque with a standing desk.

      Cons

      Good managers were stretched so thin they became ineffective at their jobs. Bad supervision was par for the course. Unrealistic expectations abounded. Blame was cast on people first. Building effective processes received lip service, but effort was never truly directed there. I hope things have improved.
