      Very challenging to work for. Would not recommend to anyone.

      Pros

      4 day a week schedule Functional medicine is a great thing and the Dr is knowledgeable

      Cons

      Extremely high turnover ( employees quit or will eventually be fired ) Unrealistic expectations Poor leadership from the owners Micromanagement No empowerment to the employee do the job they were hired for Some financial dishonesty, not paying vendors or temp agencies

      Pros

      No work on Fridays is the only hood thing but it’s not worth it.

      Cons

      Extreme turnover for years. Worst people to work for. Save yourself and do not work here. Owners are not willing to change and blame others for all of their failures and mistakes. They are never wrong. Doctor never comes in before 9:30 and does not value her employees or her patients. Only wants to make money but too arrogant to put in the work needed for a business to succeed. Charges 10k and up for services that she never fulfills.
