Pros
Unique organization that offers a good vantage point to work in healthcare. Can really get a good understanding of trends within the industry. Vast majority of people at the organization are friendly and knowledgeable
Cons
Dysfunctional management. Within the last 3-4 months about 6 coworkers (non-managment) have resigned/taken other positions outside the organization due to constant re-organizations and blatant misbehavior by some within management that has gone unchecked. Nearly all people who have resigned worked at the company for at least half of it's existence and prior to this past year retention was 100%. Current organizational goals focus on making money at the expense of serving as a community asset. Organization's culture and mission does not align with what is being practiced at the top.
