      Customer Service Representative = Sales.

      Pros

      Good health plans, Decent Pay. *seemingly supportive supervisors/managers (too early to tell at this point) Training is pretty on point so far.

      Cons

      The fact that the ad seemed to be describing a job for a Customer Service/Support role, when in actuality it is more or less a Sales Role. (I'm not against doing sales, but it seems a tad unethical and already starts things off on the wrong foot for me, personally)

      Remote and easy call center work.

      Information constantly changing. Ambiguous information provided from time to time which may lead you to believe that you’re not always receiving honest feedback.
