Literqlly no pros. This is one of the worst brokerages I've ever worked for. They consistently screw with you and your pay. Their comp plans are trash and god forbid you go to any special skill they will decrease your commission so much to the point you would make more money work at McDonald's.

Cons

Working here is the biggest con.
