Pros

You learn to self sustain, that is it. For Development team, there are allot of people on bench, who can guide you to get certifications and learn, and may be stay on bench, while earning as well. There are many young crowd of employees who are suffering from same problems in the company, so you get to hang out with good people with like mentality.

Cons

1. it used to be a good platform for learning, due to existing enthusiastic crowd of people. Now all left are either freshers or those who just can brag about their younger days, and are just earning bread in name of their "experienced" years. 2. The policies tend to change as per their mood not even convenience, they introduce some bond scenario out of no where, which was not introduced to any of the employ at the time of hiring. 3. They can just call you someday in their office and fire you for some weird reasons. One of them being "You were hired by mistake". 4. When you avail your own privileges, that includes your leaves and work form home (which in first place have got layers to it, 2 WFH for a month), they are given saying "They are not your right, but privileges", firstly you actually struggle with the hierarchy that they have set, and later if you get it, you are judged like a if you have done something wrong in it. 5. Many of the employees are leaving, and only wand they use to retain their employees is "We will send you abroad", when no one knows, and even when you are into pipeline there exist 'n' number of conditions, including certifications getting client and all. 6. Getting your money out is quite a troublesome task each time, including your reimbursements. The person handling accounts, seems like needs to hire another CA in order to get things organised. 7. They expect too much out of you, when what they are offering is too less. An senior person leaves the company and needs to provide KT to someone, one assigned to him is a fresher who has joined "IT" few weeks back, once the fresher is not able to pick things up, he/she is fired, because they didn't meet the "expectations". 8. Appraisals seems a myth here. 9. Seniors or so called managers are just managing to save themselves and expose you in case anything comes their way, including any work that comes in project and smartly taking all the cedit of yours. Just because they are more experienced, they actually don't do anything, all the work is handled by juniors and all the credit is stolen by the seniors. 10. Regarding Night shifts, they will come up with a reason or more about why you should not be getting night shift allowance. 11. Tax deductions, unexplained and unworthy to ask the explanation, because again the person who handle accounts considers himself to be almighty, and thinks what he has done can't go wrong. Every discussion with him ends up getting personal or you get frustrated and leave the hopes of getting anything out of it. 12. Your worth is not calculated as per how much you work or how much you know, but rather it comes down to how good politics you can play and how good are your terms with your seniors. 13. Their policies of Primary/Secondary, only god can explain those. 14. People in the management do nothing more than managing the packets of Maggie lying in the cupboard which doesn't necessarily be accessible to you, and even can turn out to be expired at most of the times.

One of the worst company.

Pros

Felt like a library. Just study and get certification. Seniors are best here. Lunch dinner good

Cons

They took "fire at will" way to seriously. Hiring freshers then firing them within 3 months or 6 months. You will just study here no relevent work here. Be reddy for harrasment from big daddy.
