Cons
Need to send daily productivity report everyday. Very poor management and rude HR Before DOJ HR will explain every policy and after joining she will add extra policy and will not follow that policy which she explained before joining. Work life balance not good New HR is very rude and don't know how to talk with employee. When you call her for any query she will extend 2 days everytime means you need to call her atleast 20 times. To completing your query request she could take 30-40 days.
