Cool place to start off.... not to be long!

Pros

Young mgmt... lots of new ideas.. Big heart for CSR and good place for fresh graduates. Benefits are good compared to the competitor in same industry. Loyalty is accounted for the years spent.

Cons

To many idea but not all turns into reality. They believe in hiring magicians to makes things happen. Internal promotion takes a long time, not the first choice of filling positions. It is more on favoritism. The work place becoming little less professional as the managers meetings are ran in Chinese language and other none Chinese speaking tend to be left back. It a family business so it always goes by the law.

Toxic manager with anger iasues in software dev team. Heavy boomer influenced leadership without clear direction resulting in unnecessary rework and finger pointing. Avoid at all cost

- Supportive Teammates - Good bonus & previously got esos. now no more esos already - Internal training provided for the staff to get better understanding of the nature of the process and businesses - daily travel allowance based on working days - Free lunch provided in office during pandemic

Cons

-Often required to work on weekends and out of office time without being paid. You will be considered "Calculative" and give a bad impression to top management if you claim your extra work. - Below average basic salary - Manager above mostly not technical background, getting trouble to explain and justify on behalf of the team to their superior. - Taichi the work to the staff or to other team is common here. - medical insurans for clinic cover employee only - less public holiday taken by the company - Cronyism
