Lots of opportunities to learn new things but no chance to put them to use Some colleagues were very friendly
Cons
Staff are very cliquey at odds with the firm's family vibe at interview and if you don’t fit in you will be pushed out Work I was given was not very challenging and when asked for more challenging work was told no HR are incredibly unhelpful and do not listen to employee concerns unless it suits their agenda Senior management pretend to be approachable but do not care Was told promotion and more training would be forthcoming but none received
