Employee welfare often feels like a low priority, with new policies primarily benefiting the company. Bonus criteria (MBOs) change frequently, making bonuses feel difficult to achieve consistently. Salary increments are minimal despite increased responsibilities and performance. New employment policies are regularly introduced alongside salary revisions, offering little or no additional benefit to employees. Management decisions contributed to a significant decline in the company's work culture. The work environment became increasingly stressful, and employee feedback did not appear to be valued. HR does not appear to advocate for employees and rarely challenges policies introduced by senior management. Long working hours are implicitly expected, and leaving on time is often viewed negatively. Leave requests are sometimes rejected without clear explanations. Employees have been placed on Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) instead of receiving expected salary increases, including cases where a lack of billable projects was outside the employee's control.
