Cons

Lack of leadership and good management Lack of teamwork - it's a sales environment with individual targets so people will jump hoops to steal other team member's sales to crank up their numbers. Too much gossip and feels like you're in high school (because really all they hire is incompetent and lazy high schoolers as part timers that have no work ethic and religiously call in sick and never turn up to their shifts)

Good discounts, some teams can become great friends. Great if you're looking for part time.

Cons

Poor pay, no pay transparency, considerably lower than industry standard and get formal warnings for discussing pay with colleagues. Refusal of pay review and refusal to pay monetary incentive, unless you threaten legal action. Upper management full of empty promises, really have no idea what goes on in store. Extreme daily expectation for managers, often doing 3-4 people's job with 2 or less staff. Full time staff treated like robots and expected to work over their hours without pay and on days off. Bully and gossip culture runs wild within the company as a whole.
